Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery after obtaining authorization.

Furniture Conditions

Used, damaged, customized, final-sale, or substantially assembled items may be ineligible. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to opened furniture.

Damage and Errors

Report damage, missing parts, or incorrect items promptly with photos. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection.
